Today's immigrants are driving new SUVs and paying Coyotes thousands of dollars to guide the way. Or in my tiny farm town they buy thousands of acres of land.Or foreclosed Homes to convert into Grow Houses. This is a lot different from the Latina people from Italy, Romania, Spain, and Portugal that arrived below the shadow of the Statue of Liberty 100 years ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gCruiSyDVfM&feature=related

I have read account of the Tuatha Dé Danann, Gaelic for Tribe of Dan, but I have also read that this are really the Danes of Denmark. Then I have also read that the Danish were actually the tribe of Dan. They were said to be part of an ancient Israelite invasion/migration. But back then the Israelites were known as Gauls or Gaelic, because they had arrive via Gallilie in Northern Israel. Some sailed across the sea, while others moved rapidly across the land mass from the Balkans and Turkey to Eastern, then Cental Europe until they reached Northern Europe and the British Ilses. Also the tribe of Dan of Israel settlled in Tyre, Lebanon amongst the Phoneicians, as the book of Joshua in the Old Testaments of the Bible tell us. The Phoneicians then sailed out of the Mediterranean, after founding Carthage in modern day Tunisia. They had ports and communities in Spain and Portugal. From there they colonised Ireland and the Scandinavain penninsular, which is the land mass including Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Some of these Israelites / Danites / Phoenicians then influenced the local blond, brown and red / ginger haired farmers and fishermen to build seagoing vessels, and these people later became known as the Vikings, a word simply meaning "Pirate". Is any of this actually true. It does read well I know, but is there any archaeological, historical, linguistic or genetic evidience to support this migratory theory? Please send in your thoughts and answers. Thank You.

Personally I think that they might receive upset by Cote D'Ivoire simply because no one has played them yet in this group and they might arrive out and be a surprise and surpass at least Portugal. I think that Brazil and Cote D'Ivoire will move on with Cote D'Ivoire surprising Portugal right out of the qualifacation rounds

White Americans of European ancestry receive to classify themselves as White yet White Hispanic-Americans must identify themselves as simply "Hispanic",yet you look the term" White-non Hispanic" in the Census tend to exclude White Hispanics from picking their race.Hence they are both, racially White and ethnic wise Hispanic. As an example many Argentinian-Americans are of pure European ancestry mainly from Spain,Italy,Portugal etc..yet they are treated differently by the USA Census.Race is Race, regardless of where you were born.Simply because someone who is of pure White European blood is born in Latin America does not make them any less White than someone born in the USA or Europe.

let's be real here. IS THERE A LEGITIMATE REASON FOR DRUGS TO BE ILLEGAL?<==(every people against drugs answer this question) The most common response is that it is bad for you...... are you serious? how can you penalize a grown person for doing something that is simply bad for him, not even harming other people. can you make it illegal to receive sick, or eat dirt? The thing no one notices is that the government is going after the drug CARTELS, but the common person against drugs is against the USER! can you tell me this is wrong? why would the government try to cease the cartels? this would be because of the violence, kidnapping, and felonies associated with them and their power over the people with their drugs. if we legalize every drugs, overall these would go down because the drug cartels lose their power and money. Drug use would actually decline, as been proven in portugal. http://www.time.com/time/health/article/0,8599,1893946,00.html another thing is, why would we want to spend our tax money to keep people i jail for using drugs. we use somewhere around 10 times the amount of money on our jails than our schools. and guess what the most common reason someone goes to jail. drug related problems. imagine what we would keep from that alone, plus we gain money from selling and taxing drugs. tell me i'm wrong. another reason the "its bad for you" excuse doesn't work is because our government or whatever sends people into war and death. hypocritical for the government? another reason the "its bad for you" excuse doesn't work is because our government or whatever sends people into war and death. hypocritical for the government? (read the fourth answer, this disproves it ) when your a kid you do the things you think are OK? no when your a kid your attracted to the whole hype on the things that your parents don't want you to do. you can't tell me that's wrong. "Drugs are illegal for a reason, one is that yes they are bad for you, but they are bad for society, how many other people would take drugs if they were lega, and how would this impact on the NHS, alcohol and tobacco misuse already costs the NHS millions and they are legal." is it me, or did you say drugs are illegal for a reason then gave me two bad reasons? When every drugs were legalized in portugal the drug use went DOWN, and the amount trying to quit (via rehab) went up. ACTUALLY READ MY LINK BEFORE YOU SAY SOMETHING untrue!

In my opinion the only people that are White are the original peoples of Europe(Spain,Portugal,France,Italy,Britain,Germany etc...)and those of European ancestry throughout the world who are not racially mixed.North Africans and Middle Easterners are Black not White, simply because many of them pocess White blood, due to race mixing with Europeans, does not make them White,Much the same way that many if not most African-Americans pocess some White in them, yet they are still racially classified as Black, regardless of their physical appearance or how light their skin is.Race classification should be fair to every,North Africans and Middle Easterners should be classified as Black,if the one drop rule applies to African-Americans,it should also apply to the North Africans and the Middle Easterners.

Marijuana costs 400 dollars a pound to produce, but sells for 2500-3000 a pound. It is such a profitable crop to sell and traffic, simply because it's illegal. If it were legalized and regulated (no being noticeably high in public, no driving while intoxicated), the profit margins would be much less, and violent drug cartels wouldn't have nearly as much money from marijuana trafficking and dealing (this absence of profit would NOT be spent on guns, transportation for trafficking other harder drugs, or otherwise furthering their illegal, violent lifestyles.) Here's a couple excerpts from an article I just read about what happened when Portugal legalized not just marijuana, but other illegal drugs such as cocaine, meth, and heroine. The paper, published by Cato in April, found that in the five years after personal possession was decriminalized, illegal drug use among teens in Portugal declined and rates of new HIV infections caused by sharing of dirty needles dropped, while the number of people seeking treatment for drug addiction more than doubled. "Judging by every metric, decriminalization in Portugal has been a resounding success," says Glenn Greenwald, an attorney, author and fluent Portuguese speaker, who conducted the research. "It has enabled the Portuguese government to manage and control the drug problem far better than virtually every other Western country does." http://www.time.com/time/health/article/0,8599,1893946,00.html?imw=Y Dancing smurf - Marijuana has never been proven to cause cancer of any nice, actually recently, it has been proven to reduce tumor growth: http://www.reuters.com/article/healthNews/idUSTRE5307VK20090401 It also does not guide to suicide, or paranoia, at least not in the long term. People can be paranoid and anxious while high, but this is often because of a subconscious guilt they feel when they smoke.

First off. Messi is better, simply is. Ronaldo is the complete package you say? BS. The many so-called "facts" haters use against Messi. 1st. Messi can't score with his head. BS. He showed it by scoring 7 headers in the last 2 seasons and he is not even tall! Of course Ronaldo is better here. 2nd. Messi doesn't score freekicks. BS. Last season, he scored 3 freekicks and the season before, he scored 2! And he does not even take every the freekicks. It's either Xavi or Alves! Whereas, the same can't be said about Ronaldo. 3rd. Messi doesn't score from long range. HAHAHAHAHAHA. That's a giggle. In Messi's last 2 seasons where he scored 85 goals (38+47 not including this season's hattrick against Sevilla which brings the tally to 88!) At LEAST 50 were from outside the box. Youtube. That's your homework for today. 4th. Messi is not as strong physically. BS. Look at Ronaldo first, then talk about how strong how much stronger physically Ronaldo is. 5th. This is the one used by WorldWide haters. He can't do anything without Xavi Iniesta. BS. He singlehandedly brought Stuttgart down without Xavi Inesta scoring 2 goals against them. He singlehandedly killed Arsenal off without no Xavi assists. He singlehandedly killed Zaragoza off with a hattrick and earned a penalty but unfortunately, he gave it to Zlatan (Dumb move). 6th. Ronaldo scores more international goals. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA..How was Ronaldo's WC? How was Ronaldo's last 20 games for Portugal? How was Rooney in the WC? Don't talk about Messi. He struck the post four times! He unluckily did not bet Enyeama every by himself. He could've scored a LOT against Enyeama. He had 4 assists which was not mentioned....wonder why??? He was invloved in 8 of Argentina's 10 goals. Either providing the assist, or the last dead ball. The only goals he was not involved in was Tevez's second goal, and I can't remember the other one. Don't believe me? YOUTUBE. Dont try and give BS. BTW, he's 23 years old, 2 years younger than Ronaldo and YET, he has tied Rivaldo and Eto'o's scoring record which is 130 GOALS. Haha.. Barca haters beware, we ARE not bankrupt. LIQUIDITY PROBELM means cashflow which in turn means that we are asset wealthy, cash needy. Real Madrid fans, do you think your club is healthy? Think again, bro. Arsenal fans, F-U. Your club ain't healthy cos if they were, they would be spending money by now. Not poach some cheap youngster for free and in 6 years call them "homemade"....*coughs*..Fabregas...*coughs*.. CR's goals came from a 7-0 mauling. Had Argentina did that, Messi would have at least score 5. So STFU. How did Ronaldo score 1 goal????? OMG. 1 goal is better than 4 assists......thats for sure...... Messi is overrated? Really? Thats what people usually say when they watch one game of him playing and judge him straight away. Sneijder is also overrated. No arguments. Lucio is overrated. Everything Inter Milan is overrated and Inter are overachievers playing in a one team league. AND MR MOURINHO is the most overrated manager EVER!

Since Portugal started the slave trade in the 1400's there has been African females impregnated by European males. Since then millions of African females were raped and gave birth to what we now call black people in the USA. Many Africans married or got pregnant by Native Americans and also gave birth to what we call blacks in the USA. After six hundred years of this, we are what we are. Why is it when white and other women began to have black babies, they became biracial? If anyone is really biracial, should it not be the white man's baby? Male carries sperm and females just fertilize. Why is it that six hundred years of mixing by force and by choice produced blacks and a few decades of sleeping with black men by white women produced biracials? Is the difference is the white lady? Blacks can be genetically traced to both Native and European blood regardless of his color. I simply want to know what is the difference? For those who say that we should simply change our title, no thank you! There is absolutely nothing special with knowing your grandmothers were raped by the trash of Europe. Besides, no culture has the history of Africa. It is a historical fact that Europeans were living in caves with no real culture when Africa was designing mail, sewer, transportation systems and the likes. Even math started there. I say this because many blacks, negros or African Americans think it started with Kunta Kante. I just want to know what is the difference? Where I am from, many of the blacks can pass for any race. This mixing took place over five centuries ago, but we married and had offsprings.

I've been in Canada for 6 months on a temporary resident visa. I have a US B-2 tourist visa, which expires until 2016. My passport and every other travel documents are in order. My flight from Honduras to Canada had a cease in Houston, TX which forced me to go through US immigration. My flight back to Honduras will also make the same cease. I am a Honduran citizen, which leads to be concerned about having exceeded my 'permitted' time. Apparently the US considers my stay in Canada as having stayed in the US, just because I transitted through the US to go arrive here to Canada. On http://www.guidepicker.com/article/city/europe/portugal/distrito-de-faro/canada/6/how-to-receive-to-canada I read this: If you are travelling to Canada from the United States and you are not a citizen of either country, you need to be careful to satisfy the US on any subsequent trip that you have not exceeded their limits on stays in North America. Your time in Canada counts towards your maximum allowed United States stay, (as does time elsewhere in North America including Mexico). For example, if you are going to stay in Canada for six months, and you transit through the US on a visa waiver, then the US will regard your six months in Canada as not allowing you to return to the US without leaving North America first, as you have stayed more than 90 days in North America in total. Note that in this scenario, you have not done anything wrong by visiting the US and then staying in Canada for a long time, simply that the US will not allow you to return directly from Canada, you have to reset their clock by leaving North America. My country does not participate in the Waiver Visa Program. Help please! I'm worried I might lose my flight back to Honduras, or even worst that I will lose my US visa. I'm wondering if I'm just worrying over nothing here, or if in fact I might need to make some changes.

I have a good amount of picks. surprises South Africa (below dogs but they are still the home team and I'm sure they'll receive ref bias to their favor) round of 16 France (many are writing them off.this is good for France) semifinal Argentina (again many are writing them off.they have the best player in the world and I completely believe this is a huge advantage for Argentina) semifinal maybe final. South Korea (many don't know how good they are) round of 16 U.S. (legit darkhorse who are fully capable of upsetting any elite and are still being underrated, this is good for them) round of 16 or perhaps quarterfinals Ghana (good players poise to make a good run) round of 16 Cameroon (world class striker and great central defenders in an otherwise easy group.also they are coming in below the radar) round of 16 or maybe quarterfinals dissapointments Mexico (overlyhyped team with underwhelming talent.have been on a big decline in the last 3 yrs) 1st round leave England (good team but not half as good as they are hyped to be.major controversy is ruining their cohesion) round of 16 leave Italy (decietful tactics may not work this time, diving pretending to be hurt.you know how the italians play etc.)round of 16 leave Portugal (probably finish 2nd which means Spain will eliminate them) round of 16 leave understand I am giving no guarantees with these picks.they are simply candidates for biggest surprises and biggest dissapointments. who are yours?

Greece will have to default on its debt. Its headed for a depression; the numbers simply don't add up. It remains unwilling to clip back its social welfare programs; and it has no currency to devalue so as to lift exports. Greece will be forced to default; what will happen to the Euro? What will happen to Spain or Portugal? Will the EU, having been sliced in its belly, collapse? Please no comments about the USA and its debt!!! We're in a completely different situation. able to receive better of teams. Especially a very awful low ranked team as Greece. I mean it is ridiculous complaining about parking the bus. The best team who have the best attack should have any trouble. This Argentinian and Barcelona attack are a over rated as it can receive. Messi, what a disgrace to be known as the best player in the world let alone the best ever. Unbelievable. You might have just forgot the Brazilian team of 2002. It's fair to say they were the best attack at their time. The bus - parking techniques did not work by any teams that faced them. Ronaldinho, he was the man that can comfortably receive beyond any 2 banks of four. Messi, by this performance today, not even close. The only modern player right now that can receive through teams that have a player man - marked on them or team that have 2 banks of four is Cristiano Ronaldo by far. He has by far much quicker feet than the gay Messi. And having 3 players on him will not cease him. And the only modern team that can receive beyond the 2 banks of four is Manchester United. They managed to defeat teams time and time again that defend parking the bus with ease. I won't say every the names but one example is Wigan. Messi is getting done by one of the most unknown players in the tournament today. And he is called the best player in the world let alone the best ever. The likes of Maradona didn't have any trouble against the same tactics messi is below. Nor did Pele. Nor did Zidane. Then why should Messi be the best today ? Over rated scumbag. Argentina are a useless team with one of the worst attacks in history for a great footballing nation. I don't care how good your attacking players are. But if you cannot receive past a low ranked teams defence as Greece, then simply your not the best. Despite the bus parking techniques. So far as now, Ronaldo>>>>>>Messi (gay whiner) Brazil & Portugal > Argentina. Manchester United >>> Barcelona. If this wasn't a question. The let me ask this. Which great teams do you know of and player that can perform great and easily breakdown 2 banks of four with comfort and ease apart from Manchester United ? Surely not Messi, surely not Barcelona or Argentina.

After 2 and a bit weeks here are my world cup thoughts for the Teams. The end of each teams sentence is where i predict they will end up. France i was backing to make at least the Quarters but with a Manager as big of a shambles as Domenech i should've known.Prediction 3rd,however if they receive 2nd then Quarter Finals. South Africa i feel have underacheieved and i was hoping for them to do better.Hopefully France and SA will still qualify.4th Place. Mexico are a Force, but not a force enough.2nd or 3rd,then if they finish 2nd Second Round. Uruguay have exceeded every my expectations and have really suprised me,the dynamic duo of Suarez and Forlan being faithful.1st,then Quarter Finals. Argentina have a strong squad but how the senile man of Maradona can possibly take a Fizzy Pop League player is Guiterrez ahead of Zanetti i don't know. They will storm the Group then accident out in the 2nd round after some uneseccery substitutions and crazy tactics.Luckily no naked running around Buenos this year. Nigeria are already out, completely shocked.Would've thought 2nd round. South Korea, also underachieved and they will go out.3rd. Greece have overachieved, and i can look them surpassing Uruguay in every honesty in the 2nd round, but the Semis is too much so Quarter Finals. England have utterly shocked, before the tournament they were genuine contenders but now they are cannon fodder but will just scrape through and they receive to the Semis if lucky. USA are a fighting team and will join England in the next round, but lose to Germany in the 2nd round for sure. Slovenia have put up a battle but England will overcome them eventually.3rd. Algeria i tipped to make the 2nd round, they are a strong side and nobody expected them to hold England (But i did) but its too tardy.4th. Germany are far too strong to finish anywhere else but 1st in the group, but eventually will lose their pace and out.Semis. Ghana are strong, however not strong enough.Essien is not fully fit and he would've been a turning point.2nd round. Australia are an ok side with plenty of battle, however the next round is too much.4th. Serbia are strong and resiliant however the loss to Ghana was the blow that will send them out.3rd. Holland,ah i feel this is their year.Strong attacking, strong defensively.1st,and then Final. Denmark will of course join them, however Paraguay will overcome them.2nd round. Japan are simply too weak.3rd and Cameroon i expected to challenge for first but they have been terrible.4th. Italy have been a shadow of 2006 and will be lucky to finish 2nd.2nd,then 2nd round loss to Holland. Paraguay are one of the teams to beat and i expect them to do well.1st,then lose to Chile in the Quarters. Slovakia have been weak but New Zealand oh my,what a battle. But there is simply no space.Slovakia 4th,NZ 3rd. Its difficult to look past Brazil after their first two games.1st,then lose to Holland in the Quarters. Portugal proved themselves today, however this will not continue.2nd,then 2nd round. Ivory Coast i was hoping to do well, however that dream is over.3rd. North Korea never had a chance. How did they even qualify for the world cup? 4th. Spain have been overconfident and every this hype is for nothing.2nd,then lose to Brazil in 2nd round. Chile are my tip to reach the final.Strong, dependent,a good manager, and a solid team. The team to beat.1st,then Final. Honduras are too needy but will show spirit in their final game.4th. Switzerland i have admired but they are simply too beaten down after the loss to Chile.3rd. So the Final will be Holland-Chile,and i expect a 1-1 draw and Holland win on Penalties. Well thats my boredom gone,so your thoughts? Please no critizisms by the way, these are just my opinions

So I wouldn't be surprised if you're saying right now, "What Black African heritage? That's ridiculous!", because it's a sensitive subject to many who would wish to brush it below the carpet. 400 years ago Portugal was the wealthiest, most powerful country in the world, with a big empire and colonies in Asia, Africa and America. As a result of this empire an African slave community grew in not only the colonised Portuguese lands, but also in Madeira, the Azores and many ports of Portugal itself. At one point Blacks made up 10% of the population. Now, the Portuguese were unique amongst the Imperialist European nations for their enthusiasm in regards to interbreeding with blacks and other natives. This can be seen elsewhere, for example in Brazil and Cape Verde, both of which have very racially mixed populations. Therefore, over many years the black population was absorbed and assimilated, until it simply became part of the mainstream Portuguese ethnic group. This is not to say every Portuguese are part black, just that many are. That is why you can have blonde and blue eyed people in Portugal, as well as those with brown skin and curly hair. You must also keep in mind that physical appearance does not necessarily signify racial purity. Here are the DNA results that demonstrate this. "Portugal is also the region in Europe with the highest frequency of the female mediated mtDNA haplogroup L of Sub-Saharan origin. In 2003, a study by Brehm at al. which analysed 525 Portuguese individuals reported mtDNA L haplogroups at 11.8% in the south, 8.1% in the middle, 3.3% in the north and also found a significant Sub-Saharan imprint in the Autonomous regions of Portugal, with L haplogroups constituting about 13% of the lineages in Madeira and 3.4 % in the Azores[19] In a 2005 study by Pereira et al. that analysed 549 Portuguese individuals, sub-Saharan mtDNA L haplogroups were found at rates of 11.38% in the south, 5.02% in the middle and 3.21% in the north." This only makes sense, as history tells us there where black populations and slave ports in these places. Yes, they've got more Arab roots that African, nobody denies that. They have both.

1950's- Di Stefano 1960's- Pele 1970's- Beckenbauer 1980's- Maradona 1990's- Romario/Zidane/Ronaldo 2000's- Ronaldinho There is no doubt Ronaldinho is the best footballer of the 2000's. Only Zidane, Thierry Henry, and Ronaldo arrive close last decade. Ronaldinho has 10x more skill than Cristiano Ronaldo, and 10x better character. Ronaldinho could flip-flap, back pass, no look pass, back heel pass, rabona, hocus pocus, chop backwards, juggle, out run, double step over and kill his opponent, bridge, nutmeg bridge while standing backwards, scoop turn, bicycle kick it, volley, curl free kick etc. Cristiano Ronaldo, every I look is 6 stepovers and nowhere, chop, trick pass, juggle, dumb corner tricks, and nothing else, oh wait, a dumb free kick that exposes his crotch. Ronaldinho...a maestro, a winger, a striker, a sambafoot, he was a Brazilian sambafoot combined with a European maestro. Imagine Pele and Zidane...combined, that was Ronaldinho. Cristiano Ronaldo is a wannabee of Luis Figo or Garrincha that plays by himself and hardly uses his teammates. He's so desperate, it's unhappy. Ronaldinho has an amazing character, he's fun, when he plays it's for fun, his personality is every-friendly. CRonaldo, arrogant, kicks people, pushes people, always looking for a battle, he even says he wants to be the best in history...lol he will never compare to Pele, Zidane, Ronaldo, Maradona, Cruyff, or Ronaldinho. Ronaldinho has 10 individual international awards (not including XI nominations) and CRonaldo has 9. Ronaldinho had a weak squad but made the best of it and won La Liga in 2004-05, and won Champions League and La Liga in 2005-06. Ronaldinho won the FIFA U-17 World Cup, Copa America, FIFA World Cup, and the Confederations Cup with Brazil, and he was extremely important in every of his competitions. CRonaldo has won NOTHING for Portugal, even Euro 2004, Portugal lost to Greece!!! There is no question Ronaldinho is the best of last decade. Even at youtube, Ronaldinho schools Cristiano Ronaldo. Don't receive me wrong, CRonaldo has alot more to prove but for the 2000's, Ronaldinho is simply on top, no one else compares, not even Zidane or Ronaldo. You don't look Ronaldinho headbutting Italians, hanging with cross-dressers or kicking a car door glass on a 17 year-old girl. Ronaldinho truly exemplifies the best of 2000's, needless to say. @Laura: Character is EVERYTHING in football. If you have great skills but a bad rep lie CRonaldo, I have less respect for the footballer. Yeah he deserves credit but he shouldn't expect from other footballers that are defending him. If he doesn't receive something his way, he whines and complains and makes excuses, he can't take it, he's a brat. You never saw Ronaldinho complain when Barcelona lost, infact, Barcelona lost more with Ronaldinho than Man U did with CRonaldo. What do you think footballers are, robots with foot skill and they every have the same character traits. lol, some footballers are classy (Pirlo, Xavi, Iniesta), some are humble (Pedro, Messi), some just have fun (Ronaldinho), some are brats (Gerrard, CRonaldo, Robinho), some are just weird (Zidane, why did he headbutt Materazzi, that's where I lost my respect to him, no matter what skill he had). Character is where you draw the line between legendary footballers like Ronaldinho and temporary ones like CRonaldo. @La Pulga: Are you kidding me? Barcelona's squad wasn't the strongest even in La Liga, Real's squad was better but Ronaldinho outshined the first quote is true. I have watched Garrincha, Cristiano Ronaldo can't even touch his boots. Why are you saying every this stuff Figo and Garrincha did? That's just proving my point. Yes, basically, but did Ronaldinho have as much as success as both of them, no? Zidane, not that special, I understand why people even put Ronaldo Lima over Zidane.

You look, my life has been tough, I was molested from the age of 7-13. I'm 15 now. I moved countries when I was 10, I was bullied and had no friends until about 6 months ago. I developed Social Anxiety Disorder at the age of 13, along with depression. I moved schools when I was 13 years old and began what I like to call my 'healing' stage, I now consider myself 'healed'. I recently made my first pal in years, and this provided me with the strength to find happiness within myself. I was glad and content, I had finally arrive to terms with everything in my past, finally settled down here in Portugal and actually began to like it.. actually, I sent an e-mail to my pal just 4 days ago talking about how glad I was here and how glad I was with my life, and a day later, my parents told me that our family has run into huge financial troubles (which I already knew), that my dad needs to receive a job, but because of the terrible economy in Ireland and the UK, he may need to look to places like Singapore for a job, meaning we would every have to move with him. I have lost faith in life. That's as simply as I can put it. Things started getting better and I thought 'Yeah, every those years of suffering don't matter, because there's such thing as a good, glad life and I have learnt so much.' But that good, glad life didn't last as I thought it would, it hardly lasted a few months. I feel as though my life has been a continuous cycle of bad events.. once one bad event passes, another one arises. Once I become glad with my current situation, life throws a little hurdle in front of me at the last second to trip over. I don't feel sorry for myself or anything, and I don't feel bad, but I just feel like 'Well, every those beliefs that kept me going have just been shattered.' and so I don't feel like doing anything at every. I had an active summer planned, but now I don't feel like doing anything. I haven't left the home in a few days. I don't care about school or anything that was important to me before. I don't want this summer to be a repeat of last summer, I really don't =( Last summer I was suicidal, I stopped eating, I didn't snooze for days at a time and didn't leave the home I was so depressed, I don't want that to happen again.. so what can I do to find motivation? It's as though every ounce of motivation I had just got up and flew out the window. Thank you.

Southern Europeans(Portugal,Spain,Italy,Greece,Romania etc..) are racially White, hence they belong to the same race as Northern Europeans,The skin color variation which is induced by the very warm climate of the south should NOT be confused with race mixing with the Blacks or the Middle Easterners, hence that is simply NOT the case! By the way,In the USA Southern Europeans are classified as WHITE!

The White Europeans of Spain are NOT the "same" as the Mestizo & American Indians of Mexico!,simply because Mexico"s official language is Spanish does not mean that the entire Mexican population of Mexico is "Spanish".The only Mexican people that may truly claim to be Spanish are the White Mexicans who are of pure Spanish ancestry. Most White Mexicans trace their ancestry to Spain, but others to France,Italy,Portugal,Germany,etc..The racial White population of Mexico is only 9%. I got my racial facts from CIA World Factbook 2010. Mestizo(any person of mixed White European & American Indian ancestry) Spain(a European country in south western europe). Mexico(a north American country, located in the western hemisphere) The official language of Spain is Castilian Spanish(with non American Indian words or influence!).The "Spanish" that is spoken in Mexico is mixed with alot of American Indian words & influence.

What is the future of the Euro? Greece admitted to a much larger debt to GDP ratio than permitted and now is getting bailed out. What happens if other countries like Spain, Portugal, etc disclose a larger percentage of debt to GDP than previously thought? Why would "richer" countries like Germany agree to bail them out, besides the fact that it helps them simply because they both in the Euro zone? What are the banks from other Euro zone countries that have financial ties to the Greek banks going to do? Even if there is not hidden debt within the Euro zone, wouldn't smaller, "poorer" countries joining the Euro zone weaken the Euro?

I'm an Italian American and I'm very proud of my Italian ancestry, but also adore Portugal, greece,Spain,Germany etc..,so I would rather wear a universal White European Power shirt than simply a White Italian Power shirt.

It works for the United Kingdom (since 1947), Germany, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain, Greece, Holland, Beligium, Leuxembourg, and Portugal. Is the assumption that America is simply dumber and more incompetent than those countries? Correraf Those countries every still have NHC. Don't know where you receive your shakey information. Willy. European NHC costs 11% of Gross Domestice Product. American Care costs 15% of gross domestic Product. Case closed, lights out. Misty-China has a billion people. Guess what, they have NHC. Oops! So much for that! We have socialist roads, bridges, streets, schools, libraries, parks, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Police, flame, Ambulance, but if the Insurance Companies can't rob us, suddenly it's bad.

All the politicians are pro Jerusalem but why is that? Why do we have to be on one side and not the other and what makes it so?Is it a mere coincidence that the annual Bilderberger conference for 2010 was held in Greece? Yet we have every seen the Greek economy recently implode sending shock waves through the European Union and Triggering a significant financial crisis within the European Zone. Is it a plan of the Bilderbergers to totally bring down the world economy via a European crisis which will soon engulf Spain and Portugal as a means to further justify the need for a new one world economic currency? Many bible prophecy ministries are pro Israel yet many of them are ignorant to the fact that many of the political leaders of Israel are high ranking members of Masonic lodges whose belief structure is influenced by the Talmud and its apostate Babylonian origins. Instead of celebrating the idea of a rebuilt Jewish Temple why should we instead be asking the question "why is the rebuilding of Solomon's Temple in Jerusalem being financed by several Masonic lodges"? You will understand the reason why many bible prophecy experts have been muted regarding the election of Barack Obama. What is it that they know but are simply too scared to say and why do many believe Obama is the closest representation of the coming Antichrist

Please don't answer unless you read... I know how long it is.. About two years ago I met a girl at my school - and I instantly crushed on her. She was nice, pretty, and she had a tiny amount of friends. She was also being chased by three guys - Including me. So after being her pal for four months, I took her to formal, as friends. She liked someone else at the time in that way. I told her I understood, and we stayed friends. We talked - but soon I started to realize that my efforts were worthless, and I was spending to much time with her, and I could look my pal nice of disappointed I wasn't paying as much attention to him. So I stopped hanging out in a group (my best pal did hang out with us, but he never seemed to interested) and he confessed he's glad I stopped hanging out with her because he thought it was in my best interest. I told him I agreed, and I'd try not to do something like that again. close the end of the first year (during school), I became closer to this girl again (I rode her bus at the time). I told her I wanted to hang out this summer, she agreed and wanted to as well. Then suddenly my family, who was at the time in Portugal, invited me to go along for two weeks. Of course I agreed - and off I was to Portugal. Before I left, I told her I had something I wanted to tell her when I got back. I was going to tell her I liked her. As it happens - I stayed in Portugal to study abroad, for eight months. I talked to her over the summer through msn, and I told her I liked her. She said she knew when I had told her I had something to tell her, and she said she had wanted to hang out so bad that summer. We talked once every two weeks, but nothing serious. Then I came back to America. When I went to surprise visit them at school - She gave me a jump hug, and I hung out with my best pal and her. I enrolled in school again, and I hung out with my best pal, deciding that I didn't want to make the same mistake twice. She came looking for me sometimes at lunch - and ended up taking me to a school dance (her invitation). We had some good slow dances, and she freaked danced a lot. She also flirted heavily - but apparently she had this "boyfriend in Idaho". I learned later it was a cover - a way for her to claim she wasn't single. So after that night - because I felt a bit stabbed that she would flirt with me and then tell me we shouldn't slow dance, I said fine. I simply stopped making ANY effort to talk to her. If she spoke to me I'd say hi, but that was the extent of it. Then I got a little closer - and I'd hang out with her in the mornings at school before school began, one day she even held my hand. Then I felt like she was playing with me, and stayed away. I just had that feeling. About two months ago, before school was over, my best pal told me, "Nico - I've seen Molly walking arm in arm with this guy every over campus..." he was sure they were together. And he was right, I saw them kiss about a week before school ended. That was that. Two days before school ended I rode her bus again - and when I asked her what was on her mind - she said she felt she made a mistake by asking her boyfriend out. I didn't give in to saying I had feelings for her. Today, I saw my messenger was on, and I saw she was on, so I IM'ed her. She told me after a few minutes about how she had dumped her boyfriend, and we talked. I told her about how things were running pretty good for me - how girls in summer school were flirting and every. Then she asked me to call her in fifteen minutes after she ate. I'm not superman when it comes to phone conversations - but arrive to think of it, I'm not bad either. We talked about life, and how she just wasn't compatible with her ex, and she had to dump him because he was cheating on her. She told me something I didn't know. She lost her best pal, and almost every her other friends. She hasn't even hung out with anyone this summer. I told her neither had I, because my pal is in Basic Training. She invited me to hang out next week Tuesday, I said sure. I pushed things farther (this is about 45 minutes into the conversation, longest I'd had with her was about 5 minutes in the past) and I asked her to the movies. She said yes with enthusiasm, and told me I would have to be ok with her cuddling. I told her of course. Now comes the real question...I thought her voice today was the one I'd heard back on the bus, when she sounded like she liked me, and I feel as if she's liked me for a long time now. She had actually messaged me on Myspace a few weeks ago, but I don't check my Myspace anymore, since I've no close friends other than two or three - none who are in town or close the internet. Now my question - Does she like me, and does she want a relationship with me? She's been a close pal since Portugal - I just never touched up on it. Or does she want to be friends with benefits, or what is she looking for? I'm prepared to just be the pal - but I won't deny the fact that I still have those kinds of feelings for her.

Do you need reminding what nice of a **** Jamie carragherl is ? “Sitting on the England coach as it prepared to steer us away from the World Cup in Germany, I received a text message. ‘F*** it! It’s only England.’ I’d just missed a penalty in the quarter-final shoot-out against Portugal. Around me were the tear-stained faces of below-performing superstars. England’s so-called golden generation had failed. Again. An eerie depression escorted us on the short trip back to the hotel, but as I stared at my phone and considered the implications of the comforting note, I didn’t feel the same emptiness I sensed in others. There’s no such concept as ‘only England’ to most footballers, including many of my best friends.” 2. “Whenever I returned home from disappointing England experiences one unshakeable, overriding thought pushed itself to the forefront of my mind, no matter how much the relax of the nation mourned. ‘At least it wasn’t Liverpool,’ I’d repeat to myself, over and over.” 3. “I confess: defeats wearing an England shirt never hurt me in the same way as losing with my club. I wasn’t uncaring or indifferent, I simply didn’t put England’s fortunes at the top of my priority list. Losing felt like a disappointment rather than a calamity.”

I'm a first year Philosophy student (in Coimbra, Portugal, by the way), and I'm in this classed called "Methodology (is that even a word?) of The Philosophical Work", which discusses the fields of heuristics, work methods, essence of philosophy and its role in modern world, and instructions on how to make papers for other courses in the future throughout the course. An assignment that has been pendant for ages, is to write a comment, a short one, one page, and gift it orally to the class, and then in writing to the professor. We are every to comment on a sentence, which is engraved in greek, outside of the math college here, which literally translates to "those who don't know geometry may not enter here". I have no clue what to do... I mean I am fresh out of high school and haven't had to do any papers here yet, and so.. i mean, i could write one page about this, of course I could, but then again, i just don't know what nice of text i'm intended to write in the first place i mean, anything i write no mather how cleverly written it is, the prof could just say "well this is simply just not what we were looking for". Any ideas? Any advice what so ever, anything?

I have a goal. A musical goal. I wish to hear to (and like) at least one musical artist/band from every 193 countries. So far I have these 26 (I will give a band as an example): Argentina (Los Natas) Australia (Wolfmother) Brazil (Sepultura) Canada (Rush) China (Illusion) Denmark (Royal Hunt) England (Led Zeppelin) Faroe Islands (Týr) [I know it's not a country but it's chilly to list] Finland (Sonata Arctica) France (Daft Punk) Germany (Helloween) Greece (Firewind) Iceland (Sigur Rós) Ireland (God Is an Astronaut) Italy (Rhapsody) Jamaica (The Congos) Japan (Galneryus) Netherlands (Within Temptation) New Zealand (Flight of the Conchords) Norway (In Flames) Poland (Crystal Viper) Portugal (Oratory) Scotland (Nazareth) Spain (Dark Moor) Sweden (Truckfighters) Ukraine (Brilliant Coldness) United States (The Doors) So what I ask for, is simply help. Show me bands, of any genre, from around the world! And please star the question if ya can so others can look my goal too! :) Thanks everyone! Nightlife Commando Oh yeah duh! In Flames are Swedish. Why do I keep thinking they're Norwegian? Oh well, thanks for pointing it out :D

so im an exchange student now in portugal. to be honest i don't like my location and the people i've met aren't really the most friendly people lol but its okay. i'm having issues because i seriously don't click with my host family. i have two parents, a brother whose 35 and lives at home and a sister 2 years younger. we are opposites, which is fine, but we just don't connect. its not just a culture thing, its that we simply don't receive along. they are nice people and i am grateful to them, but still..we don't like each other at every. what should i do? i feel uncomfortable when I'm around them which is 24/7 because they never separate, yet they aren't doing anything necessarily wrong. should i switch to another family? apparently the only family member who wanted to host an exchange student was my dad. i dont think they know what AFS is about
